MATURE offers the unique opportunity to young researchers to work in an international team with the leading people and institutions in the field. So if you are interested in joining one of the MATURE partners (e.g., for a PhD research position), watch the new job section of the MATURE web site.
The MATURE Grant Agreement has been signed with the official start of the project in April 2008. The kick-off meeting is already scheduled to take place on April 2-4, 2008 in Karlsruhe at the Scientific Coordinator's premises.
The project was also presented at the FP7 Call 3 Information Days at Luxembourg on Dec 18. Slides are available.

In our ongoing effort to build a partner ecology for MATURE, we are happy to announce that Erlus AG in Germany joins the associate partner network.
With approximately 600 employees, the ERLUS AG is one of the largest producers of roof tiles and chimney systems in Germany. ERLUS is committed to achieve a continual and ongoing optimisation of their operational processes, a goal to which MATURE can contribute its concepts and solutions.

With good progress on negotiations, we have put online an initial version of the MATURE Website. It acts as a reference point for other people and projects interested in the topic areas covered by project.
