Description

The goals of e-2007 are to stimulate take-up of applied ICT research results by industry and government, to promote knowledge sharing between industry, government and the global research community, to exchange experiences about the current state of eAdoption at a sectoral, national or regional level and open up the European Research Area (ERA) to the rest of the world.

e-2007 will provide a forum to showcase the achievements of Framework Programme 6 (FP6) and Regional, National and International ICT related initiatives, and look forward to the future by focusing on i2010 and the thematic priorities of FP7.

There will be a talk on Sustainable Competence Management with Ontology-Based Competence Catalog in a thematic session on Competence Framework, which will also argue the necessity of continuous evolution of competence models in a corporate environments. This is one example where MATURE can provide solutions in the area of maturing of semantic structures.

BOC presents its Next Generation Modelling approach, building an integrative meta-modeling approach that allows for linking models with various degrees of formality.
